Today I stumbled upon a wonderful website for gluten-free inspiration, called Gluten-Free Girl and the Chef, written by Shauna Ahern who suffers from Celiacs disease. She has a menu for recipes which cover not only baked foods, but also sauces, meals and snacks. Pretty much everything under the sun. And the great thing that sets her GF recipes apart from others, is that she doesnt use xanthan or guar gum as binders.
She also has an amazing GF All-Purpose whole grain flour mix which , following her ratios, you can adapt to however you like according to your taste
